I’m Sam, a multidisciplinary designer based in Glasgow, Scotland.

I’m a UX Designer at the BBC, working on design systems and user accounts for an audience of millions.

I also do creative work on a freelance basis, contributing to projects across education, tech, music, and more.

A music app with taste.

I’m building the world’s most beautiful album-first music app for iOS, powered by Apple Music.

Inspired by modernist transit maps, Glasgow in Lines is a four–part print collection that celebrates the unique geometry and character of the city’s suburban rail system – the second largest in the UK after London.

I'm Probably Perfect

I recently worked closely with the promoters of I'm Probably Perfect, a new Glasgow club night, to develop the event’s visual language and promotional approach.

My role involved translating a deliberately self-aware, disruptive concept into abstract, expressive design across motion, print, and digital outputs, intentionally avoiding conventional club-night aesthetics.

IPP artwork and branding can now be found all over Glasgow.
